Design Engineer – (MD and VA) - BSCE degree plus 2-3 years experience with site grading, storm water management, sediment and erosion control, storm drainage, road/sewer/water design and applications.  Experience required in AutoCAD, TR-55, TR-20, and Hec-Ras.  Duties include project design.

Team Leader - Site Planning/Engineering – (VA) - BS/MS Civil Engineering degree; P.E.; land development/site planning skills, knowledge of drainage, earthwork, grading, storm water, landscape architecture. 7 years design experience with 3-5 years management experience. Design experience in land development/site planning, project management required.

Team Leader - Utilities – (VA) - BS Civil Engineering or related degree & P.E.; client service, project management, project execution, direct multiple Project Managers, personnel management, budget management, business development; administer prime contracts, meet client/regulatory requirements. 10 years experience in municipal water/wastewater engineering; strong project management, strong desire/ability to promote/guide future growth.

Project Manager – Utilities – (VA) - BS Civil Engineering, P.E.; water/wastewater. 10 years design experience in water/wastewater, some project management experience.

Project Manager – Utilities – (VA) - BS or MS (preferred) Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree; P.E.; 8-10 years design experience with 2-4 years management experience. Water and/or sewer treatment plant design experience required and other water/sewer infrastructure design will be helpful.

Manufacturing/Process Engineer – (Hampton, VA) - BS or MS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 10 years experience in a tightly controlled production floor environment. This position requires daily hands on management of production floor problems, scheduling conflicts, statistic reporting, machine repairs and production improvements. SPC tracking, analog electrical and mechanical trouble shooting, pneumatics, labor reduction, production equipment/fixture design and modifications.

Highway Design Project Manager – (VA) - BSCE or equivalent degree required, MS a plus.Approximately 6 to 12 years of applicable roadway design and project management experience in Virginia or Maryland is required. Microstation and GeoPak experience required. AutoCAD Civil 3D experience a plus. Thorough familiarity with AASHTO, VDOT and/or MSHA design standards, practices and policies.

Senior Traffic Engineer - (VA) - B.S. in civil or transportation engineering. Master's in transportation or civil engineering preferred. A minimum of five to ten years of progressive experience in the public or private sector, working with local or regional governments. P.E. license required. PTOE preferred or obtainable within one year of joining the company.
